Hot Roll

The hot roll combines targeted heat application and massage. In the hot roll treatment, towels are heated with steam and tightly rolled into a firm roll, which releases a pleasant warmth over an extended period.

The application to the body is done with short, firm pressure movements, gradually removing the layers of the roll to utilize the stored heat from the lower layers. The treated body parts benefit from increased blood circulation.
